Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Cancel Order

We don’t provide cancelations if the shipping email has already been sent. You have 24h to cancel or change your order. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them, hence we would lose the shipping costs plus items.

In the unlikely event that your order hasn’t arrived within 3-5 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we help resolve. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 30 days (from delivering). Thanks for understanding!

 

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item, less shipping if applicable.

Important Note: The amount refundable in the case of a return is exclusive of the initial shipping cost charged to deliver the item to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

MEMORY FOAM BEDS: All memory foam beds come with memory foam that is compressed and wrapped in a sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns. Before opening the foam, please place the bed cover on a flat surface to ensure the size is right for your pup. No returns apply to memory foam beds where the foam is removed from the protective packaging, unless is a defective product.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Petgishi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Petgishi will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can only exchange items that are returned because of size or color mismatch. Additional shipping costs will be applied.

Wrong Size (for Calming Bed)

In case of wrong sizes, since the product is big and the cost to ship it back to us it’s high (and for our policy the customer have to pay it), we decided to take the loss to give you the best experience possible.

After images of the dog bed with your doggy too much bigger/smaller near it, we’ll give you a 60% extra discount to get a bigger/smaller size (That cost less money and time than sending it back to our wharehouse)

For the Calming Sofa the extra discount is 40%, since is a bigger and exclusive product.

For the Furniture Protector the extra discount is 50%.

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to us.

We’ll communicate the address of the warehouse in Texas by email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
