Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing. Shipments and deliveries occur Monday to Friday. Shipping cut-off time is 3 pm CST. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. We will let you know by email once your order ships.


We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Flat Rate, and USPS Zone-Based Regional Rate as our standard shipping methods (USPS Priority Mail only for Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

US Postal Service Priority Mail

Please allow 1-2 full business days to ship orders by US Postal Service (excludes weekends and observed holidays), and an additional 2-3 days for delivery (excluding Sundays/Holidays).

Transit times are the same for all USPS Priority Mail packages (standard priority, flat rate, regional rate).

Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days after shipment (including Saturdays!) but once an order is picked up by the US Postal Service, we have no control on how long the carrier will take for delivery, so please allow at least 5-7 days for delivery of your order for US Postal Service shipments. See Delivery Delays below.

The U.S. Postal Service currently delivers Monday-Saturday* (No deliveries on Sundays or observed holidays).


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ships to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
